Q: How do I install the decals on my wall?
A: Included with each decal comes easy to read and understand instructions to install your decal. You can also watch this instructional walkthrough VIDEO.
Q: Can I choose something else, that is not displayed on this website?
A: Yes. If there is a scripture, quote etc you would like that is not listed here on the website just use the contact form and let us know what you would like and we will begin the design process. Additional fees MAY apply for custom designs.
Q: Can the decals be easily removed without damaging the wall?
A: Yes. If you follow Cornerstone Decals removal instructions, decals can be removed from walls without peeling paint. If however walls were not prepared correctly prior to paint, there is a chance paint could be removed.
Due to dirt, UV light, glue residue, a silhouette may remain once the decal is removed. The use of orange peel adhesive remover is recommended to assist the cleaning of wall (this will need to be tested in an inconspicuous spot on the wall as all painted surfaces are different).
Please note, decals are only designed for single use. While decals can be removed they cannot be reapplied to a new location.
Q: Upon receiving my decal, how long do I have to install it?
A: We recommend you install your decal within seven days of receiving it.
Q: What is the difference between VINYL and PEEL & STICK decals?
A: Our vinyl decals are different to regular Peel & Stick stickers in that they are cut into a single color only, and not printed into a full color spectrum. What this means is that Vinyl decals come as a "cut-out" piece, while the PVC decals are printed on a sheet with either a white or see-through film around the images. Vinyl wall decals are made of higher quality and generally last longer on your wall.
Q: Are the selection of vinyl colours on this website an exact representation of the final product?
A: We try our very best to replicate the colours of the vinyl with the exact colour codes for representation but due to the nature of printed material and computer monitors the actual colour may vary slightly. If you feel that you need a physical sample before making a decision on colour we are more than happy to send some to you.
Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?
A: Yes. We ship anywhere in the world. Additional shipping costs apply and will be added to the final cost upon check out.
Q: Are Gift Vouchers available to purchase?
A: Yes. Looking for that perfect gift? Please email us using the contact form to arrange a voucher for any monetry value. Gift Vouchers can either be emailed or posted. Postage within Australia will take 5-10 days, shipping costs will apply.
Q: Will the interior vinyl (decal) stick to any wall/paint/surface?
A: No. The interior vinyl will not stick to just any wall/paint or surface. The interior vinyl is suitable for flat, smooth, non-textured interior walls only. The interior vinyl will not stick to concrete painted walls or walls that are textured. Speciality paint like suede effect, metallic paints or tuscan powder paints are all not suitable for use with interior wall decals.
HOWEVER, if you do not have a wall that is suitable for the interior vinyl we do have other vinyls that may be suitable for your wall. Please contact us to discuss your vinyl options.

If you want a fast and secure transaction, you can use your PayPal account or all major credit cards through a secure payment using our online store.
Shipping within Australia is charged at a rate of $13.95 for orders over $30. Under this will be $9.95 All orders will be shipped between 3-7days via Australia Post.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid postal address you will be required to pay the additional postage fee to resend the package.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your pre-designed decal, you may return the unapplied decal to us within 30 days of placing your order. You may then choose to exchange your decal or receive a full refund for the order (less postage). Please see download and fill out our RETURN FORM
Returns are not available for any custom decal as all custom designs are approved by the customer prior to the decal being cut and made.
Returns are not available for decals that have been applied and damaged in the process due to not following the instructions properly. However, in most cases if a single letter or word has been damaged while installing the decal we will be happy to provide a replacement of that letter or word. Postage rates will apply.
If you do need to return your unapplied decal, please print and complete the Return Form and include a copy of your order confirmation. Please return the decal in the original postage flute. Simply remove the old postage label and replace it with a new one with our mailing address as below:
